Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will have to ship the product to our address and upon inspecting the goods we will replace or refund as per your request.

Replacement or Refund

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery and you must report it within 48 hours after delivery to our email.

We do not accept returns based on color or size if we shipped correct item to your address. Please check the color/size carefully on website before ordering.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless there is some mistake from our side, in that case we will offer you a free replacement.

Shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return + packaging will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and product is received and inspected, we will send you an email or whatsapp to notify you that we have received your returned item.

After processing your refund request a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or to your UPI ID in case you paid cash on delivery within 4/5 days.
